Dr. Sonia Dávila Ramos
Principal Investigator of the laboratory
Sonia studied her B.Sc. Biology at the UNAM. Her master degree at the Biotecnology Institute UNAM under the supervision of Dr. Enrique Morett, and the Ph.D. at the Institute of Ecology of the UNAM on phylogenetic studies of one of the most important scorpion genera in Mexico, under the supervision of Dr. Daniel Piñeiro.
Her postdoctoral training University of Liège, Belgium, and the second postdoctoral in the INSP on reverse vaccinology.
Currently she is SNI 1 and desirable PRODEP profile

Lysell is a PhD student in the Cellular and Molecular biology Sciences programme at UAEM-CIDC. She obtained his Masters's degree at the UAEM under the supervision of Dr. Ramón Batista.
She is currently interested in metagenomics in extreme environments
